 <title>Bebida com Leite Moça, Milho e Canela</title>

    1 peda&amp;ccedil;o de canela em pau &lt;br /&gt;
    2 latas de leite &lt;br /&gt;
    1 lata de leite condensado &lt;br /&gt;
    &amp;nbsp;2 latas de milho verde escorridas &lt;br /&gt;
    canela em p&amp;oacute; a gosto &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparo :&lt;br /&gt;
Bata no liq&amp;uuml;idificador o milho verde com duas x&amp;iacute;caras (ch&amp;aacute;) de &amp;aacute;gua. Passe pela peneira. Volte ao liq&amp;uuml;idificador o suco de milho com o Leite Mo&amp;ccedil;a e o leite, para misturar bem todos os ingredientes. Leve ao fogo baixo com a canela em pau, mexendo sempre at&amp;eacute; ferver (cerca de 5 minutos). Distribua em canecas ou copos com al&amp;ccedil;a, polvilhe canela em p&amp;oacute; e sirva a seguir.&lt;br /&gt;

 <title>Coxinha de Galinha - BR</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Come promesso prima ecco la ricetta delle &amp;quot;Coxinha de Galinha&amp;quot; sono dei salatini tipici brasiliani con un impasto morbido e ripieni di pollo ^^ Insomma una sottospecie di crocchette senza le patate LOL tutt'altra cosa ma &amp;egrave; molto buono ;) &lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti impasto : &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    2 bicchieri di latte o acqua [nel caso dell'acqua usa l'acqua della cottura del pollo] &lt;br /&gt;
    2 bicchieri di Farina tipo 00 &lt;br /&gt;
    mezzo bicchiere di olio da frittura &lt;br /&gt;
    Sale a gusto.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti ripieno :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    1 petto di pollo cotto con condimento e sfilacciato dopo cotto [per condire puoi usare un dado nell'acqua] &lt;br /&gt;
    3 cucchiai [da minestra] di olio d'oliva &lt;br /&gt;
    1 cipolla media tagliata in pezzi piccolissimi &lt;br /&gt;
    1 pomodoro tagliato a dadini &lt;br /&gt;
    Prezzemolo e sale a gusto. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione impasto : &lt;br /&gt;
Metti in una pendola il latte o l'acqua che hai usato per cuocere il pollo, l'olio, il sale e la farina , e con il cucchiaio di legno devi smuovere finche non levi tutti i grummi che possono venire a formarsi. Quando &amp;egrave; abbastanza densa *ad occhio vedi se ci puoi impastare con l'impasto* Fai freddare un po e poi iniziare a metterci il ripieno. &lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione ripieno : &lt;br /&gt;
Cuoci il pollo con i condimenti che piu ti piaciono, sfilaccialo e ripassa in padella con gli ingredienti sovracitati. In modo da formare un impasto di pollo ^^ E usalo per farcire le coxinhe.  <title>Trippa alla romana</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone : &lt;br /&gt;
700 grammi di trippa, 400 grammi di pelati, 1 costa di sedano, 1 carota, 1 cipolla, 3 cucchiai di olio extra vergine d'oliva, &amp;frac12; bicchiere di vino bianco secco, peperoncino, menta romana, 80 grammi di pecorino romano, q.b. di sale. &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione : &lt;br /&gt;
Lavare e tagliare a striscioline la trippa, lessarla in abbondante acqua, portare ad ebollizione, quindi cuocere per circa 40 minuti. In un tegame di coccio, far appassire la cipolla con il sedano e la carota, tutti tagliati finemente. Scolare la trippa e passarla sotto un getto di acqua corrente, unirla al soffritto, sfumare con il vino bianco, quindi, aggiungere i pelati o il pomodoro fresco tagliato a pezzi. Regolare di sale ed aggiungere il peperoncino e la menta romana. Cuocere per altri 30-40 minuti.  <title>Pennette Pomodoro e Basilico</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Ricetta basica semplicissima ma molti non sanno come si anno ^^&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti :&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    350gr di pennete rigate. &lt;br /&gt;
    350gr di pomodori. &lt;br /&gt;
    50 gr di basilico. &lt;br /&gt;
    150gr di parmiggiano in scaglie. &lt;br /&gt;
    un po di olio d'oliva. &lt;br /&gt;
    sale e pepe a gusto. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldare l'olio in padella unire i pomodori senza pelle e senza semi, le foglie di basilico tagliate e lasciar a cuocere per 10 minuti circa.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungere il sale e il pepe, unire la pasta, e quando servito nel piatto ci buttata un po di parmiggiano in scaglie sopra ^^&lt;br /&gt;

 <title>Empadao De Carne  - PT</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;6 Pessoas! Ingredientes :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
    2&amp;nbsp;saquinhos de pure de batata em flocos. &lt;br /&gt;
    500gr de carne moida. &lt;br /&gt;
    2 cenouras. &lt;br /&gt;
    2 dentes de alho. &lt;br /&gt;
    2c. de sopa de azeite. &lt;br /&gt;
    1 caldo de carne &lt;br /&gt;
    1 colher de sopa de concentrado de tomate &lt;br /&gt;
    sal / pimenta qb. &lt;br /&gt;
    ovo batido pra pincelar ou 2c. de sopa de quejo ralado pra polvilhar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prepara&amp;ccedil;ao :&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Descasque as cebolas, os alhos e as cenouras. Pique as cebolas, os alhos, os alhos e corte as cenouras em cubos pequenos. Leve ao lume um tacho comazeite. Junte-lhe a cebola, o alho picado, a cenoura e a carne. Deixe cozinhar at&amp;egrave; que tudo fique bem douradinho. Junte o Caldo de carne 1,5 dl de agua , o toomate e tempere de sal e pimenta. &lt;br /&gt;
Deixe cozinhar durante 20 minutos, mexendo de vez em quando. Prepare o pure de batata como indica na embalagem.
